Refund policy
At Oriah Nova™, every piece is created with care and intention. Because each item is made to order, returns are limited - but your happiness matters to me, and I want you to feel good about your purchase.
Returns
Physical Products Only: You have 21 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email me at hello@oriahnova.com. Returns must first be approved before being sent back - items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because my products are made to order, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised designs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital Products
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email me right away at hello@oriahnova.com with photos. I’ll make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the piece you want.
Refunds
Digital Products: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once files have been delivered.
Physical Products: Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
EU Customers
If you’re in the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period by law, meaning you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it - no reason needed. The item must still be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
