All Oriah Nova products are digital downloads. There is no shipping. Files are delivered to your inbox immediately after purchase.

 

Physical Shipping Policy

Oriah Nova™, every item is made to order, nothing is pre-made or ready to ship. This means your piece is created especially for you once your order is placed.

Processing (Creation) Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be created before it is dispatched.

Processing begins after your order is confirmed. Dispatch times do not include this creation period.

During busy times (holidays, sales), production may take slightly longer.

Dispatch & Delivery

UK Orders: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.
